Product Description
Product Overview: NK300 series thermal conductivity flow switch can monitor the liquid flow in the pipeline in real time, no moving parts, maintenance-free, easy to install, one model is used for a variety of pipe diameter requirements, provide switching output, and use 6 The LED displays the fluid flow rate status in real time, enabling the following monitoring functions: media flow, reduced/increased flow rate; presence/absence of media; media flow/stationary; monitoring fluid flow rate within the pipe, shut-off monitoring or preventing pump idling. It is widely used in petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, steel mills, paper making, food processing, water treatment, battery factories and other industries. Gas-liquid dual-purpose, for pneumatic and hydraulic systems, for shut-off monitoring of circulating water, cutting fluids and lubricants, and idling protection of pumps.
Characteristics The unique tapered probe design prevents the entanglement of the windings in the media. Fully waterproof housing design, unique waterproof adjustment knob, can be adjusted freely without disassembling the sealing screw, convenient and more reliable. Applicable to a wide range of pipe diameters, free to adjust the set point, optional anti-corrosion type, withstand voltage up to 100Bar, the indicator light directly shows the flow, optional relay, analog output or analog switch output.
Principle, structure Thermally conductive flow switch, based on the thermal principle, contains two resistors in the enclosed probe, one of which is heated as the sense resistor and the other is not heated as the reference resistor. When the medium flows, the heat on the heating resistor is taken away. The resistance value is changed and the two resistance difference values are used as a basis for judging the flow rate. The probe adopts anti-fouling coating, which can effectively prevent dirt, rust and other dirt from adhering in the pipeline, and has stronger anti-pollution ability and more stable work.
Working principle The NK300 series of thermally conductive flow switches are designed based on the principle of heat exchange. The probe has a built-in heating module and a heat sensing module. The heat conduction of the flow switch is closely related to the flow rate of the medium. When measuring, the heat is generated by the heating module. If there is no medium flowing in the pipe, the heat received by the heat sensing module is a fixed value. When there is medium flow, the heat received by the thermal module will change with the flow rate of the medium. The thermal module converts the temperature difference signal into an electrical signal, which is then converted by the processor into a corresponding standard analog signal or contact. Signal output, the flow switch uses this signal to display and control the flow rate of the medium.
